The Carriage House was built c.1895 by William Wayne I, the grandson of General Wayne's daughter, Margaretta. A slide presentation shown in the meeting room here orients visitors prior to their tour of Waynesborough. The Museum Shop, offering books and a wide range of gifts, is located here also.
